At Julia Milan, we do not offer refunds, only exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Terms:
Exchanges are allowed for size or same-price items only.
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and have all original tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use our shipping label (fees apply), or choose your own return method, such as local post.
