How do I exchange and return an item?
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return your items. All shipments include a pre-paid return label from DHL. All you have to do is arrange a collection here.
Products will only be refunded if original tags are attached, hygienic liner in place, and there are no visible signs of wear or use.
Made to order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Payment is taken from your account at the time of dispatch.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards.
We also accept Klarna payment options for UK.
Please note that available payment options may change depending on the items in your shopping bag.
Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we are unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.
Will I be paying customs and duties?
Customs and duties are pre-paid by us, so you don’t have to worry about being charged for them upon arrival of your parcel.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide! Unfortunately, we are unable to send to PO Boxes and military addresses.
WHAT PACKAGING OPTIONS CAN I CHOOSE FROM?
Gift packaging and standard packaging both come in our notorious luxurious boxes. When choosing the gift packaging option, the invoice including prices will be sent to you by email, whereas the recipient will receive a gift receipt.
CAN THE GIFT RECIPIENT EXCHANGE THE GIFT?
The recipient of the gift will be able to make an exchange at his/her discretion by following instructions on the gift receipt, contacting customerservice@julia-milan-prod.com.
